Eligibility
HomeShree mortgage loans can be availed by Salaried, Self Employed Professionals and Self Employed Non-Professionals
Loan Amount
Avail a Home Loan of up to 75,00,000 (minimum loan amount 2 lac) but not exceeding 70% of Loan To Value subject to 90% of Cost of Property
Tenure & Term
The tenure of your Home Loan ranges from 5 to 20 years. The term, however does not extend beyond the retirement age or 60 years whichever is earlier (65 years for self-employed individuals)
Interest Rates-
A rate of interest will be levied from 12% onwards.
Easy Repayments:

For the purpose of loan Application the eligibility of applicant and co-applicant shall be as:

Age of Primary income considered Applicant should be 21 years and above.
Income Range- Minimum Rs 15,000
In the case income is not considered age of co-applicant can be 19 years(cases where issue of inheritance of property or credit comfort)
Borrower should have a bank account.
All the owners of the property being financed and all individuals whose income has been considered for the loan have to be the co-applicants to the loan.

Office address verification viz. telephone bill/electricity bill (maximum 3 months old)/ Sales tax certificate/ Shop & establishment Act.
Banks pass book or Bank Statements of all the Accounts
Salary Slip for the last 3 months
Form 16 for the period of last 2 years.
Chain documents of the Property, Property Booking Slip, Map of property
Processing fees Cheque

Last 3 years ITR with computation of income, Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss A/c with annexure and schedules
Brief Profile of the Business on the Letter head of the organization by the applicant
Additional Document, if Applicable-
- Advance tax challan
- Business banking of past 1 year
- Office address verification viz. telephone bill/electricity bill (maximum 2 months old)/ Sales tax certificate/ Shop & establishment Act.
- If the applicant is a partner / director of a firm / company, then audited balance sheet and profit and loss account of the firm / company.
- Partnership deed and Memorandum of Association and Articles of Association, wherever applicable.
